BABYMETAL Premieres Gimme Chocolate Live on Billboard

BABYMETAL premiered on Billboard one of their bonus tracks of their self-titled album about to be released in North America and Europe during May and June. Billboard published "Gimme Chocolate!!" live from Brixton Academy. The live version it's the #15 track of the "BABYMETAL" album. Also Billboard published a brief response by Suzuka Nakamoto about the song and the performance at Brixton Academy on November 8. Gimme Chocolate Live Cut, Makes Snacks Shred So Hard: Billboard Exclusive

Back on April 10, the teenaged Japanese sensation Babymetal announced a deal with RAL/Sony Music Entertainment and a U.S. re-release of its self-titled debut album. Babymetal (out June 16) features two new bonus tracks, one of them a pulverizing live cut of "Gimme Chocolate!!," an ode to stuffing your face and being okay with it.

Vocalist-dancer Su-Metal describes the song to Billboard: 


"'Gimme Chocolate!!' is basically a song about girls who worry they will get fat if they eat too much chocolate, or girls who just want to eat chocolate after they've worked hard for an exam. The last show on our Babymetal World Tour 2014 was held at Brixton Academy in London, where 5,000 people came out to see us. The show was sold out! I was really excited to find out that there are so many fans of Babymetal outside of Japan."
