Were released the names of the Award Winners of the 1st Half of Year 2015 of the Tsutaya Staff Awards according to CD Sales and Rentals. BABYMETAL thanks to the Live CD "Live At Budokan - Red Night" won the "Tsutaya Staff Award" for the 1st Half of Year 2015 in the Idol Department. According to Tsutaya Staff BABYMETAL won the award because of the variety, and the quality of the live sound. BABYMETAL new genre considered as "Sublime Metal" according to Tsutaya Staff. .
BABYMETAL won the Highest Award over Idol artists like: Denpagumi.Inc, Nogizaka46 (Himeka Nakamoto's group. Suzuka's sister), AKB48, Negicco and Ebisu Junior High School. Those groups won the Excellence Award.
