ESP Japan report: BABYMETAL Kami Band guitars at Yokohama Arena 

ESP Guitars Japan wrote a report from the backstage of the Yokohama Arena where BABYMETAL played its last 2 shows of the BABYMETAL World Tour 2015 "The Final Chapter Of Trilogy". ESP Guitars reviews in details the guitars of the BABYMETAL Kami Band members Isao Fujita, Mikio Fujioka and Takayoshi Ohmura. Read the translation below! 

 

ESP Japan report from the BABYMETAL World Tour 2015 at Yokohama Arena

ESP Guitars Japan report about the BABYMETAL Kami Band guitars at the BABYMETAL World Tour 2015 show at Yokohama Arena "The Final Chapter Of Trilogy" on December 12 and December 13. The report features the guitars of Isao Fujita, Mikio Fujioka and Takayoshi Ohmura including the new guitar with BABYMETAL colors, E-II ARROW-7.

Isao Fujita, in the first day the God Of Guitar on the right side of the stage was using the E-II HRF FR-8B. Have as specifications a fixed type of bridge, the Floyd Rose on this guitar is mounted, because was made as prototype. The pickup is equipped with a Sentinent 8amt and Nazugle 8amt of Seymour Duncan. The E-II HRF NT-8B with pre-fixed bridge has been provided to the sub-guitar. 

 

 

 

Mikio Fujioka, In the left side the God Of Guitar used as main guitar the E-II HORIZON FR-7. He use bridge pickup in EMG81-7, the neck pickup has been changed to EMG707TW-R. Pulling the tone knob to switch it to a Single-coil mode. 

 

 

 

 

ESP HORIZON FR-7, has been replaced by the sub-guitar also for the same neck pickup and the main was also replaced with EMG707TW-R. 

 

 

 

For the first time appeared the E-II ARROW-7 (Mikio Fujioka) prototype during the second day in the left side of the stage. The beveled part has been painted in red, just like the BABYMETAL color! Also the neck pickup has been the EMG707TW. 

 

 

 

The God Of Guitar fingerboard side was inlaid with luminous stickets to see them even on a dark stage. The prevent a mistaken playing were used alternatively sealed luminous stickers in the Floyd Rose fine-tuner. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Takayoshi Ohmura, in the second day the God Of Guitar was using the ESP SNAPPER-7. Flashy pink color in holographic flakes will attrack the eye. There is a footprint and a playful fox sticker in the fret-board an pickup. The pickup is equipped with a combination of EMG81-7 and 707. 

 

 

 

 

Here is the same ESP SNAPPER-7 guit, but in a beautiful quilted maple at the top of the material to produce a feeling of luxury. Also the quilted maple head at the top has been laminated. The pickup is equipped with a combination of EMG66-7H and 57-7h. The other basic specifications are according to the other pink SNAPPER-7. 

 

 

 

 

Both Gods Of Guitar used the E-II ARROW-7 prototype, for example, during the second day in Megitsune. When both guitars are used in the wings make you feel goosebumps. The pickup are the same with EMG81-7 and 707 as combination of the pink SNAPPER-7. Only the 4 strings peg has been replaced with gold colored pegs. In this case is because it helps to accurately recognize the peg position in the dark side.
