BABYMETAL "Live At Tokyo Dome" reaches #1 on Oricon's Overall Music Videos Ranking
Three members metal dance unit BABYMETAL live Bluray disc (BD) "Live At Tokyo Dome" released on April 12 have sold 26.000 copies in the first week of sales, ranked #1 on Oricon Weekly Bluray Ranking until April 24. The Bluray got the #1 in a total of 3 works. "Music Bluray First Place in Overall Ranking" with Nana Mizuni and AKB48 became the third female artist.
In addition, the same DVD is ranked in 3rd place with 11.000 copies sold the first week of sales. In the "Overall Music Video Ranking" which sums up the number of sales of DVD and Bluray, sold 37.000 copies in a week becoming the #1 being the 4th consecutive of their 4 works.
This new work completes the recordings of their performances on September 19 and 20 of last year at Tokyo Dome 2 Days which mobilized 110.000 people, their largest scale show. The first limited edition Bluray has an analog size cover.
